Two galvanized steel strip-shaped brackets screw or bolt to the wanted boat seat mounting position (see these bolted to the main assembly in the first picture - they are stacked on each other, and look as only one).
The galvanized steel main assembly has holes to accept bolting-on a seat or a seat's swivel unit.
A sliding latch, operated by a rod, allows the main assembly to connect between the two strip-shaped brackets, and can be quickly released for removal with the seat installed.
Great for mounting a seat (and then being able to quickly remove it anytime) to a small boat's bench seat or compartment topside.
Mounted fasteners are included.
Main Assembly Dimensions: 13.875" long, 11.75" wide, and 0.25" high (0.75" high for latch mechanism)
